To Steal a Cow

One day, Sheepskin, Snail, and Green Grass went together to steal a cow. They each divided up the work between the three of them. Afterwards, Sheepskin said, "I had the hardest work. I have to ride on top of the cow." Green Grass said, "I have to lead the cow." All the Snail could do was follow along slowly behind.

As they were walking along the road, the cow became hungry. So, he lowered his head and ate Green Grass.

They continued walking and came to a river. The cow was thirsty and he drank some of the water. Sheepskin was sitting on the cow's back and fell off into the water.

They continued walking. The cow's stomach began to hurt. He went to the bathroom right on Snail and suffocated him.

The moral of the story is: Bad things come to those who steal!
